Booking on line was bad experience required prepay of 6 days, bath tup stopper was broken, no oatmeal at breakfast, room door dead bolt inoperative, room per day cost higher than Holiday Inn, poor room lighting could not read book in bed.
It was so quiet. Room was incredibly clean and the Dove soap products are lovely. The front desk staff was very kind and made sure everything was acceptable. Would stay again! Thank you.

Front desk was very cordial.Room was clean and neat. I will use and recommend for future stays.
If you value your back do not stay there. The entire gasket was ripped out of the refrigerator and I had medicine that I had to keep cold it was an awful experience a terrible terrible room a terrible hotel don't waste a penny to stay there.
My experience was nothing but exceptional. I flew into Knoxville with extreme weather conditions, snow, ice and frigid temperatures. I was previously booked to a well known hotel only to find out they had no shuttle service that night. I overheard another lady waiting for her shuttle. I immediately cancelled my previous reservation and booked here. They provided 24 hr. shuttle service. My nightmare ended when the driver showed up in a warm van. The hotel staff and service were amazing. My room was very comfortable. Hats off to the staff and the angel driver who came to my rescue!

We had a few issues but the staff and management were very accommodating and took care of the issues right away.
We stayed at La Quinta for two nights which was awesome. Then we went to the airport and our flight ended up being cancelled. La Quinta welcomed us back. We got right in with good rates. No last minute up charges. They treated us wonderfully even though it was for one night. Breakfast is great with actual hot food! The shuttled us back and forth AGAIN to the airport. The experience was excellent. Thank You La Quinta!
