My wife and I have been staying at this location several times a year for the past 11 years. We have always been treated as guests should be treated and found the rooms, lobby and breakfast areas to be clean and well maintained. While staying here this past Monday, my wife fell in the interior hallway and was unable to get back up due to recent knee replacement and severe arthritis. The manager was quick to offer assistance and immediately contacted 911 for help. With help, my wife was able to get up and we could continue on our trip. Let me stress that IN NO WAY was the hotel responsible for her falling, it was just an unfortunate accident. We have nothing but praise for the manager and staff of this location as well as for the excellent services provided by the Sweetwater TN emergency staff. We will be traveling later this year through the area and we will plan to stay at this location once again.
