I ask for a kings size bed and got a queen! Floor had stains all over floor! Did not clean my room or replace my towels! Breakfast in morning was mediocre!

My heater in my room was blowing cold air and it was the coldest night ever for me. Called the front desk two ladies came to check it out they did offered yo move me I said no one brought me back two blankets because I was already settled in.
