From making my reservations, through my stay and including checkout, my experience was completely positive. The staff are very friendly and extremely accommodating. The room was immaculately clean and inviting. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast of scrambled eggs, coffee, juice, sausage was very good and I appreciated that staff was continually cleaning and resupplying the breakfast area. My experience was totally positive. Thank you all for your hospitality!
We were there because my husband is having cancer treatments in Columbia and we live 50 miles away. These folks couldn't have been any kinder and did everything they could to help our stay be as good as it could be. I can't say enough great things about how clean everything was and how great the staff was. Thank you so much.

I was in Columbia Tennessee for a death in the family. The Baymont was excellent with clean rooms, friendly staff and they were wonderful with the family members who were staying here.
