"Untrustworthy Agency"

As far as I can see, the people that run the hotel are aware of an agency doing some unworthy and underhanded things they will not correct it. There is an agency out there that charged me half the cost/rate of a nights room for July 26, 2024 and the Quality Inn people are aware of and allow it. The agency did not explain what they were doing just took my money. A young Indian girl told me that I owed them $79. I asked here what they $143 that I paid the night before for reservations and renting the hotel room? She said, the agency takes half the amount for themselves and we take the rest. I think this is underhanded.

We did not check in because the hotel had a very bad smell and it had me and my mom eyes burning and gave us a headache.

We have a breakfast area that can be used as a meeting/banquet area for small gatherings. It has a half wall, so is not completely closed off from the lobby. It is available after 9:30am everyday.
